1992:

Franz Dahlhoff takes over the former ABB-Metrawatt in Furth im Wald with 71 employee; The beginnings of the DELTEC Group

1996:

DELTEC gains several new projects of the Automotive Industry

1999:

Establishment of DELTEC Automotive GmbH & Co. KG and opening of the new eltectronic plant in Furth im Wald with a production area of more then 6000sqm.

2000:

Introduction of the successor arrangement.

2003:

Opening of the new Engineering Centre.

2006:

Increase of the SMD-capacity from 400 million components up to 1.6 billion per annum.

2007:

Investment in 10 assembly modules

2008:

Increase of the production capacity by an additional SMD-Line.

2008:

Investment in two further modules

2010:

New Investment in a Dual Lane Reflow Oven System
Splitting one line into two lines with 8 modules and 4 modules

 
2011:

Beginning with the development of test systems for ICT / FCT
Investment in a milling system for depanelization
Inline solution for AOI testing and AOI analysis immediately after the SMD line
Evaluation of a 3-D paste inspection system

2012:

Expansion of milling capacities for depanelization
Investment of another Dual Lane Reflow Oven
Replacement of all stencil printer
Investment in three further 3D SPI systems

2013:

Traceability connection of stencil printer

2014:

Purchase an additional facility for depanelization with integrated vision system to increase the milling precision
Introduction of Boundary Scan test
Investment in a new Xray
Process improvement through the implementation of "closed-loop" between SPI and paste printer

2015:

Investment in a reflow system with integrated vacuum chamber
Automation of Xray testing

2016:

Replacement investment in two new AOI systems with 3D sensor
Investment in a combined system with AOI and Xray
Investment in another 3D SPI system
Investment in another SMT line of the newest generation
